I am OBSESSED with mini muffins these days! I don't know what is about them, but they are sooooooooo cute! I also like that they are bite-size! I usually bring them in for work for my co-workers, although it has been awhile since the last time I brought them in. The recipe should be in a previous muffin blog post!
