This weekend's Lazy Weekend Concoction:
Lissa Bee's Supreme Buttery Buckeye Brownie Bars
This recipe is sooooooo good! And chocolatey rich! Super easy to make too!
You need a box of brownie mix. I like the Betty Crocker Hershey mix best (not shown in pic), it comes with chocolate syrup!
Mix oil, eggs, brownie mix in a bowl
mix till smooth and set aside, stir in a cup of chocolate chips
Mix condensed milk and peanut butter in bowl till smooth.
In a greased 13x9 pan, spread brownie mix evenly over pan. Spread peanut butter mix over brownie mix.
Mix them together and evenly in pan
Add some chocolate chip on the top!
Set oven to 350 degrees, and bake for 25-30 mins
Let cool and cut into pieces, and serve!!!
