It is snowing outside. YAY! A perfect day to stay inside, bake and drink hot chocolate!!! Here a great easy weekend recipe for you!
Lazy Weekend Concoctions
This weekend's recipe:
Rice Cripsy Treats
First, melt 3 tablespoons of butter
Once butter is melter, add a 10oz bag of marshmellows
stir marshmellows until completely melted, take off heat, and add 6 cups of rice crispy's cereal
Using spatuala, spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Let cool.
To cut, I found it easy if you flip the plan onto a cutting board, and use a pizze cutter to slice the treats.
Warning: Make sure you have a strong spatula, This picture proves what can occur!
