Nutty 4 You, Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

A co-worker of mine requested this recipe from me, so I figured I would share it with everyone! (Believe me, this fudge is AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEE)

Ingredients:

1/ 2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Then, stir in the brown sugar and milk.

Bring to a boil, and boil for about two 2 minutes, stirring frequently. DO NOT leave it on longer than that, or it will burn the ingredients (trust me you can taste it in the fudge!).

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares. It doesn't take to long for it to chill. I also like to drizzle extra yumminess on top! You can melt chocolate or more peanut butter or whatever you want. I found that Reese's Chocolate Peant Butter sauce works real nice with it.

Check out my post on the Nutty 4 You Fudge I posted on August 28th. It has more information and pictures!
