Smoothie I
1 cup of orange juice
1 whole banana
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
5-7 frozen strawberries cut in half
1/4 raspberries

Since it is frozen mostly, it will take some time for the blender to mix, but it is worth it in the end. You can always add more or less fruit. For example: today I only used 3 strawberries, but they were HUGE strawberries, and probably equaled about 7 normal sized strawberries. I haven't experimented with other fruit yet, but it is on the way. A very healthy breakfast smoothie or summer smoothie, no dairy! You can always add some protein powder or flax seeds for extra nutrition!
I take it to work in my reuseable cup I got at Bed Bath and Beyond for $7.99.
Here is the link, with a 20% off coupon it came to like $6. Bring it, wash it, reuse it! It comes with the cup, lid, and straw.....dishwasher safe!

Thanks for posting this. I always think I've making a smoothie when I'm out of milk so these are great.

thanks! I just threw everything in a blender, and it actually came out tasting really well! But i am sure you could add frozen yogurt to make it a dessert smoothie!
