Blueberry is the theme

B.L.U.E.B.E.R.R.I.E.S.!!!!!!

For some reason this past week, blueberries has been my theme!
Blueberry pancakes, blueberry muffins, blueberry loafs! Blueberries everywhere!!!!!!!!!!

So here it is! The recipe and step-by step muffins! It is super easy, and in about 30 minutes start to finish, you'll have yourself a yummy breakfast snack!

Combine all the ingredients, flour, milk, sugar, oil, eggs, baking power, a dash of cinnamon, vanilla, and of course BLUEBERRIES!!!!!

Yummy! my niece and sister actually picked these at an orchard!

Line the muffin pans! I made mini muffins. They were so cute and bite-size!

From the blueberry loaf, it turned out good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or use mini muffin pans.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together milk, egg, and oil. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and blueberries; gently mix the batter with only a few strokes. Spoon batter into cups.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

For Loaf:

-use non-stick spray
-pour into loaf pan or tin (9x2 i think i used). Any size will work, you'll just have to adjust the baking time.
-bake at 400 degrees from 35-45 minutes ( when it is lightly browned on top, you are done!!!)
