Today I decided to make something new. I saw a picture of a cookie with a hershey kiss in the center. I figured, how hard can it be? I thought that peanut butter and chocolate would be good together, so I took the recipe I had for peanut butter cookies, and just sort of improvised.

I added some Reese's peanut butter cups too!Kiss Me Cookie Recipe:
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Once out of the oven, immediately press a hershey kiss (or peanut butter cup!) into the center and let cool.

The pb cup ones are REALLY good when you bake the cookie in mini muffin tins. Then put the pb cup in right when you take them out and the cookie cools around the pb cup. mmmmmm
i'll have to try that! this cookie was an experiment!
